The Personal Finance Ambassador Programme 2025/26, themed "Financial Goal Achiever", was co-organised by the IFEC and St James’ Settlement, and funded by HKEX Foundation. A total of 30 teams from 14 tertiary institutions were trained to become Personal Finance Ambassadors. The teams then designed and developed financial education projects to promote messages pertaining to the theme among their schoolmates. During the 8-week implementation period from late October to mid December 2025, these projects successfully reached out to more than 9,200 tertiary students.

Fourteen ambassador teams successfully completed the programme and received Ambassador Certificates. Six teams were shortlisted to present at the final Presentation and Award Ceremony on 17 January 2025. The judges were impressed by the remarkable creativity and excellent performances of the teams.
