Financial Literacy Ambassador Programme for Primary Students
It is generally recognised that financial education should start at an early age. The Financial Literacy Ambassador Programme for Primary Students consists of two workshops which are delivered one month apart.
At the first workshop, a group of around 30 senior primary students will be trained as Financial Literacy Ambassadors to play the money management card game. They will also be briefed and equipped with basic money management knowledge and skills.
In the second workshop, the Financial Literacy Ambassadors will act as group leaders to guide a whole junior form of students to build positive financial attitudes and habits through playing the card game.
During the pilot stage, we have conducted evaluation surveys to gauge feedback from the participants to assess the impact of the workshops. Some key findings are as follows:
