Financial scams emerge in endlessly, seniors are particularly susceptible to fall victim to scam traps.
IFEC “One day adventure with Grandparents Chin” is the first-ever anti-financial-scam education board game designed for seniors. The board game simulates the daily life of older adults where financial scams are just round the corner. Through gamification, seniors can learn how to identify potential financial scams and prevent themselves fall prey to financial scams.
Interested NGOs and non-profit-making organisations that serve elderly can obtain the board game for free. Each service unit can obtain maximum 4 sets. Interested organisations are welcome to contact us at info@ifec.org.hk.
“One day adventure with Grandparents Chin” also launches the digital anti-financial-scam toolkit for the public to strengthen fraud prevention. People will learn how to identify and solve different financial scams through the digital toolkit.
